No, this is a kids free wedding. While we love the little ones, space limitations will not accommodate everyone. Thank you for your understanding.

There will be alcoholic drinks for those 21+ (Remember to bring your ID!) We will have beers, wine, and seltzers along with our 3 signature drinks that will be served at the bar. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol!

If you are traveling from out of town, a great option for a hotel is the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Loveland/Estes Park. It is a 10 minute drive to the venue!

We are planning to have the ceremony outdoors! The wedding is late in November so plan for a cold day! However, if the weather has other plans (such as rain or snow), we do have an indoor option available. The reception will move to an indoor barn. Outside the barn is a patio and yard where there will be games and heaters. There is also a game room available for guests just outside the barn!

The menu will be the Smoked House Buffet! This includes bbq ribs with smoky bbq sauce, grilled herb chicken, ranch beans and mac and cheese, coleslaw and potato salad, and brioche rolls.

The ceremony will be an unplugged wedding. We ask guests to turn off their phones and be there with us in the moment. After the ceremony, you are more than welcome to take all the photos you like! There will be a QR code at each of the tables where you can upload photos to make one big gallery.

It is a bit of a hike from the clubhouse to the ceremony site. There will be a shuttle available to guests who will need it. Please arrive at the Clubhouse Office at 3:30 PM for the shuttle.
